Mother Nature has a powerful ability to relax and ground us into the present moment 🌿 In 2020, I started taking field recordings of nature with the intention of creating music to help me sleep 😴 I blended the sounds of a quartz crystal bowl, soft piano, gong, rain shaker, chimes, ambient drone pads and many more sound healing instruments that helped calm my racing mind 🧘🏻‍♂️ I’m inspired to share this peaceful expression with you! 😊✌🏻💜🙏🏻✨

Proceeds from this album goes to Perth mental health awareness charity 20talk. 20Talk's purpose is to meet young people where they’re at, offer them an ear, and when applicable challenge them to grow
